Before I was a coach, I was the woman who needed one.
MY STORY
15 YEARS.
ONE CYCLE.

Restrict. Obsess. Push harder. Repeat.
From age 13, I spent over 15 years trapped in a cycle of restriction, binging, and obsessive exercise.
Running 7+ miles a day. Scared to eat more. Scared to train less.
My body was breaking down — chronically inflamed, exhausted, and completely unresponsive no matter what I did.
I know what it feels like to be at war with your own body. To do everything "right" and feel everything get worse. To look fine on the outside while falling apart on the inside.
What changed everything wasn't a new diet or a harder program. It was learning to actually fuel my body — and finally working with it instead of against it.
I found CrossFit and strength training. I started eating enough. I started recovering properly. And slowly — then dramatically — everything shifted. I became an elite CrossFit athlete and CrossFit Games Semifinalist. Not by doing more. By finally doing it right.
In 2016 I opened my own CrossFit gym — and that's where everything came together. Coaching hundreds of real people through real transformations, I saw the same patterns over and over. Women who were working incredibly hard and getting nowhere. Training right, eating less, and feeling worse.
I started coaching nutrition formally in 2018 and haven't looked back. What started as a passion became a method — The Strong Method — built from everything I've lived, studied, and coached across hundreds of clients over nearly a decade.
When my clients tell me they're scared to eat more, or that their body feels like it's working against them — I understand that on a level most coaches never will. Because I've been there. And I've coached hundreds of women out of it.
