How is this different from other coaching programs I've tried?

Do I need to track my food?
​
Yes — but not forever. In the beginning, tracking gives us the data we need to understand what your body is actually getting. Over time as you learn and progress, it becomes much more flexible.

What if I've tried coaches before and it didn't work?
