WHAT YOU'LL GET:

Choose from customized plans designed by Stacey, each tailored to meet your specific goals and grounded in science. Whether you select a diet plan, training plan, or a combination of both, you’ll benefit from personalized 1:1 guidance through in app communication, leaving little to chance.

  • Diet Plan: Zero in on your nutritional goals with a plan personalized to your needs. Your coach will help fine-tune your macros, whether your goal is fat loss or muscle gain. While full meal plans or recipes won’t be provided, you will receive guidance on daily protein, carb, and fat intake along with a list of recommended foods.

  • Training Plan: Focus on training towards your specific goals, with a program tailored to your fitness level and objectives. 

​

  • Diet + Training Plan: Maximize your progress with a comprehensive plan that combines both nutrition and training guidance.

  • With all plans, you get:

    • A dedicated coach for support, advice, feedback, & questions

    • 1 official check in per week

    • Unlimited access to your coach Mon-Fri

    • An app to log all your results, progress pics.

    • For training plan: see exercise demos, upload training videos for form critique, & log weights use for progress .​

​

With all plans, you are expected to check in with your coach once a week, providing updates and asking questions. Your coach will respond to your check-ins and monitor your progress, making adjustments as needed based on your feedback.

 

Your coach will not initiate check-ins but will respond promptly via the app—typically within 24 hours on weekdays and within 48 hours on weekends.

 

Regular communication is key to helping your coach make informed adjustments, so don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns!

Subscription Cancellation

Plans can be cancelled at anytime with a 72 hour notice before renewal date.
