I’m Stacey Marino, a 1:1 nutrition and fitness coach who helps women feel powerful, capable, and at home in their bodies.
As a competitive bodybuilder and former CrossFit Games Semifinalist, I’ve lived both sides of the fitness world — performance and aesthetics — and learned how to balance the two sustainably.
But what truly shaped my coaching was overcoming a 15-year battle with an eating disorder and rebuilding my metabolism from the ground up. That experience is why I coach differently — with strategy, structure, and respect for your physiology.
Whether your goal is to lose fat, build muscle, improve your relationship with food, or simply feel strong again, I help you do it in a way that actually lasts.
